机械除锈在气体保护镀铜焊丝生产中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 传统的线材酸洗处理方式会产生大量的强酸和强腐蚀性污染物。以气体保护镀铜焊丝生产为例,介绍常用的2种机械除锈设备—砂带除锈机和钢刷除锈机,从除锈效果、拉拔效果、铜层质量和焊接效果4个方面与传统酸洗工艺做对比试验。结果表明,钢刷除锈机处理的线材表面有一些微小锈迹未被除去,拉拔后,焊丝表面相对较暗,镀铜后的厚度较小,焊接后焊缝成型性较差。砂带除锈机处理过的焊丝焊接工艺性与传统酸洗工艺处理的焊丝水平相当。 Traditional wire rod pickling treatment generate large quantity of strong acids and strong corrosive pollutants. To take gas shielded copper-plating welding wire as example, two kinds mechanical descaling devices commonly used abrasive belt descaling machine and steel brush descaling machine are introduced. The comparing experiment with traditional pickling process was done from the following aspects such as descaling effect, drawing effect, copper coating quality and welding quali- ty. After treated with three descaling process, wire rod surface treated with steel brush descaling machine still left little rust, wire surface was dark after drawing, thickness of copper coating was thinner, weld joint formation was poor after welding. The welding performance of wire treated by abrasive belt descaling machine is nearly the same as wire treated by traditional pickling process.
