摘要
以名贵药材白芨[Bletilla striata(Thunb.)Reichb.f.]种子萌发的无菌苗作为外植体进行组织培养,建立了白芨快速繁殖技术体系。结果表明,白芨种子萌发率最高的培养基为MS+1.6 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA;诱导愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L 2,4-D;丛生芽增殖效果最明显的培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.15 mg/L NAA;0.5 mg/L GA3对白芨幼苗的生根作用最为明显,组培苗移栽以泥炭为基质时存活率和生长状况最佳。
The sterile seedlings from seeds of Bletilla striata(Thunb.) Reichb. f. were used as explants for tissue culture and establish a rapid propagation technology system. As the study shows,the best culture medium for the sprouting of the B. striata is as follows:MS +1.6 mg/L 6-BA +0.3 mg/L NAA;the best culture medium for the callus induction is as follows :MS +1.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.5 mg/L 2,4-D;the culture medium of the multiple shoots which has the most obvious propagation effect is as follows:MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.15 mg/L NAA;0.5 mg/L GA3 has the most distinct rooting effects on the B. striata seeding,the peat soil transplating substrate of blettila organizational seedings is the best.
