EGFR、Ki67在三阴性与非三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及其与TNBC病理特征的相关性

The Expression of EGFR and Ki67 in Triple Negative and Non-Triple Negative Breast Cancer and the Relationship with Clinical Pathology of TNBC

目的探讨EGFR、Ki67在三阴性与非三阴性乳腺癌中的表达差异及两者的表达与TNBC临床病理特征的关系。方法分析non-TNBC与TNBC患者的临床病理资料,采用非生物素二步法检测76例乳腺癌标本里EGFR、Ki67的表达,对比两者在non-TNBC与TNBC中的区别。检测EGFR与Ki67在TNBC中的阳性表达率,研究其与病理参数的相关性。结果和non-TNBC相比,TNBC多见于绝经前妇女,组织学分级较差,较易发生淋巴结转移、复发转移、远处转移,且出现较早。EGFR与Ki67在TNBC组织中的阳性表达率均高于在non-TNBC组织中的阳性表达率。EGFR、Ki67的表达与TNBC肿块直径、淋巴结转移情况、TNM分期、组织学分级之间均具有相关性。结论 EGFR与Ki67在TNBC中表达均升高。两者的表达与肿块直径、淋巴结转移情况、TNM分期、组织学分级之间均具有相关性。

Objective To analyze the differential expression of EGFR and Ki67 in triple negative and non-triple negative breast cancer （ TNBC）, and the relationship with TNBC clinical pathology. Methods The clinicopathologic data of 76 patients with non-TNBC and TNBC were analyzed, and Two-Step Non-biotin was used to detect the expression of EGFR and Ki67 in 76 pa- tients with non-TNBC and TNBC. Compared the difference of the expression of EGFR and Ki67 in non-TNBC and TNBC, the posi- tive expression rates of EGFR and Ki67 were detected in TNBC. The relationship between the positive expression rate and patho- logical parameters in TNBC was analyzed. Results Compared with non-TNBC, TNBC was more common in premenopausal women,who had poor histologie grade and were prone to lymph node metastasis, recurrence metastases and distant metastases at early time. EGFR and Ki67 have higher positive expression rates in TNBC than non-TNBC. The positive expression of EGFR and Ki67 was relevant to the diameter of the tumor,lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, and histological gradation. Conclusion Pos- itive expression rate of EGFR and Ki67 in TNBC are higher than non-TNBC, And the positive expression of EGFR and Ki67 is relevant to the diameter of the tumor, lvmnh node metastasis.
