甲状腺癌中NF-κB p50、NF-κB p65的表达及其与临床特征的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺癌组织中NF-κB p50、NF-κB p65的表达及其与临床特征的关系。方法选取73例甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象。采用免疫组化SP法检测所有患者甲状腺癌组织的NF-κB p50、NF-κB p65表达情况,并分析其与临床特征的关系。结果 (1)NF-κB p50表达阳性组与NF-κB p50表达阴性组之间性别、年龄、病理类型相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NF-κB p50表达阳性组肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移显著高于NF-κB p50表达阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)NF-κB p65表达阳性组与NF-κB p65表达阴性组之间性别、年龄、病理类型相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NF-κB p65表达阳性组肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移显著高于NF-κB p65表达阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)甲状腺癌组织表达NF-κB p50与NF-κB p65呈显著正相关(γs=0.653,P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌组织表达NF-κB p50、NF-κB p65与肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移密切相关,两者可能在甲状腺癌发生发展、淋巴结转移过程中发挥协同作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of NF-κB p50 and NF-κB p65 in thyroid carcinoma and its relation- ship with clinical features. Methods 73 cases of thyroid carcinoma were selected ,and the expressions of NF-κB p50 and NF-κB 1965 in all thyroid cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method, and the relationship between expressions of NF-κB p50 and NF-κB 1o65 and clinical characteristics were analyzed. Results (~)There were no significant differences in the gender,age and pathological type between NF-κB pS0 positive-expression group and NF-κB p50 negative-expression group( P 〉 0.05 ) , the tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis of NF-κB p50 positive-expression group were significantly higher than those of NF-κB p50 negative-expression group,respectively( P 〈 0.05 ). (2)There were no significant differences in the gender, age and pathological type between NF-κB p65 positive-expression group and NF-κB p65 negative-expression group(P 〉0.05 ) ,the tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis of NF-κB p65 positive-expression group were significantly higher than those of NF-κB 1365 negative-expression group,respectively(P 〈0.05). (~)The expression of NF-~cB p50 was positively correlated with NF-κB 1365 in thyroid carcinoma tissues (Ts = 0.653, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression of NF-κB p50 and NF-κB p65 in thyroid cancer tissues is closely related to tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis, and both of them may play a synergistic role in the occur- rence and development of thyroid cancer,as well as lymph node metastasis.
