无颈部淋巴结转移梨状窝癌的侵犯部位对肿瘤标志物及其转移指标水平的影响

Influence of CN0 Pyriform Sinus Carcinoma Invasion Sites on the Tumor Markers and Metastasis Related Indexes

目的探究无颈部淋巴结转移(CN0)梨状窝癌侵犯部位对患者肿瘤标志物及转移情况相关指标的影响程度。方法选取行手术治疗的115例CN0梨状窝癌患者作为研究对象,将其根据发病部位分为A组(内侧壁癌组)40例、B组(外侧壁癌组)37例和C组(内外侧壁癌组)38例,然后采用ELISA方法检测三组患者术前及术后不同时间的血清肿瘤标志物及转移指标水平并进行比较。结果术前三组的血清肿瘤标志物及转移指标水平比较无明显差异,P均>0.05,而术后4周与12周A组与C组血清肿瘤标志物及转移指标水平均高于B组,P均<0.05,三组间均有显著性差异。结论 CN0梨状窝癌侵犯部位对患者肿瘤标志物及转移相关指标水平的影响较大,尤其应注意对内侧壁癌及内外侧壁癌患者上述指标的监测与干预。

Objective To investigate the influence degree of clinically negative neck（CNO） pyriform sinus carcinoma in- vasion sites for the tumor markers and metastasis related indexes of patients. Methods 115 surgical patients with CN0 pyriform sinus carcinoma were selected as the study object, and they were divided into group A（ medial wall carcinoma group）40 cases, group B（ lateral wall carcinoma group）37 eases and group C （medial and lateral wall carcinoma group）38 cases according to the difference of occurrence sites, then the serum tumor markers and metastasis related indexes levels of the 3 groups before the sur- gery and at different time after the surgery were detected and compared with ELISA method. Results The serum tumor markers and metastasis related indexes levels of the 3 groups before the surgery all had no obvious differences, all P 〉 0.05 ,while the serum tumor markers and metastasis related indexes levels of group A and group C at 4th and 12th week after the surgery were all higher than those of group B, all P 〈0. 05, the indexes＇differences of the 3 groups were all significant. Conclusion The influ- ence＇s differences of CN0 pyriform sinus carcinoma invasion sites for the tumor markers and metastasis related indexes levels of patients are great, and those indexes of patients with medial wall carcinoma, medial and lateral wall carcinoma should especially paid to more monitoring and intervention.
