槐耳颗粒在三阴性乳腺癌根治术后化疗中辅助治疗的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Huaier Granule Adjuvant Therapy and Chemotherapy for Triple Negative Breast Cancer after Radical Resection

目的观察槐耳颗粒在三阴性乳腺癌根治术后化疗中辅助治疗的临床效果。方法选取行根治术的三阴性乳腺癌患者,符合术后化疗标准,共61例,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规乳腺癌化疗方案,共30例;试验组在化疗基础上增加槐耳颗粒口服,共31例。治疗结束后,评估患者的KPS评分,过程中观察并记录毒副作用。定期门诊或电话随访患者,观察患者3年生存率及复发率。结果化疗后,2组KPS评分均有所下降,对照组评分为(73.5±4.3),试验组为(83.9±5.1),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组消化道反应比例基本一致,但试验组骨髓抑制明显较对照组少。随访结果表明对照组3年存活率为70.0%,试验组3年存活率达到74.2%,试验组略有升高;同时,试验组复发率为19.4%,较对照组(23.3%)有所下降。结论三阴性乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者能从槐耳颗粒治疗中获益。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy,side effects of Huaier granule adjuvant therapy and chemother- apy for triple negative breast cancer after radical resection. Methods 61 triple negative breast cancer patients after radical resec- tion were randomly divided into the control group（30 cases） and the research group（31 cases）. The control group received only chemotherapy, the research group received Huaier granule adjuvant therapy and chemotherapy. After treatment, KPS score was e- valuated and side effects was observed. 3-year survival rates and recurrence rates were observed in the 2 groups. Results After chemotherapy, the KPS scores decreased in the 2 groups. The KPS score in the control group was （ 73.5± 4.3 ） and in the re- search group was （ 83.9 ±5.1 ）. The differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There had no sta- tistically significant differences in alimentary canal reaction rate between the 2 groups ,while the research group showed lower rate of myelosuppression than the control group. 3-year survival rate in the control group was 70.0% ,the research group was 74.2%, which was higher than the control group. The recurrence rate in the research group was 19.4% , which was significantly lower than the control group （23.3%）. Conclusion Triple negative breast cancer patients after radical operation can benefit from chemo- therapy and Huaier granule therapy.
