摘要
天津地区地下水位高,承压水水头高,土体含水量大,且部分区域临近海河,基坑内经常发生管涌、流砂现象,导致地下水渗入,造成基坑浸水、边坡失稳、地基土强度降低,同时增加土的自身压力,导致周围建筑物、构筑物沉降。文章通过采用杉木桩、钢沉井、双液注浆、坑内降水等综合措施,有效对天津工业大学教师公寓项目管涌、流砂现象进行治理。
