为保证建筑工程项目的顺利开展,针对施工过程中材料管理方面存在的浪费多,质量次,价格高,周期长等问题,提出了合理规划场地,严把质量关,多方询比对价,提前规划策划等措施,并指出了节约减废,流程把控,及时分析,全面策划等管理措施。
In order to ensure the smooth development of construction projects, a lot of measures such as reasonable planning site,strict quality demand, price comparison, planning ahead of schedule were put forward aiming at the problems of material waste, the low quality, the high price and the long period in the construction process, and pointed out other management measures such as saving waste,controlling processes, timely analysis, comprehensive planning.
