摘要
探索研究了两种典型的水滑石类化合物(镁铝硝酸根水滑石和煅烧镁铝碳酸根水滑石)对水泥凝结时间和水化程度、混凝土抗压强度及其孔隙结构的影响规律。研究结果表明:两种水滑石材料均缩短了水泥的凝结时间,在一定程度上降低了水泥的水化程度;适量的水滑石材料能够提高C30和C50混凝土的抗压强度,并在一定程度上优化了混凝土的孔结构。研究成果为后期水滑石类化合物对混凝土耐久性的影响提供研究基础。
Explore the effect of two typical layered double hydroxides(Mg-Al nitrate hydrotalcite and calcined Mg-Al carbonate hydrotalcite) on the setting time and hydration degree of cement, compressive strength and pore structure of concrete. The results show that the two layered double hydroxides shorten the setting time of cement, and partly reduce the degree of hydration of cement.A suitable content of two layered double hydroxides improve the compressive strength of C30 and C50 concrete, and optimize the pore structure of concrete to a certain extent. Research conclusions provide the basis for the further study of the layered double hydroxides on the durability of concrete.
