摘要
伴随着新一代BIM信息技术的出现,建筑逐渐向大跨、耐久、高效益等方向发展,建设管理也面临着巨大的挑战。通过对工业化建筑全寿命周期中能耗指标的建立,来实现对工业化建筑的优越性评价体系的研究。对全寿命周期模型评价分为确定目标、清单分析、影响分析及环境影像解析4个阶段。促进社会经济与环境协调的可持续发展。
With the appearance of new generation of BIM technology,architectural structures become more long-span,more durable and more efficient. Through the establishment of energy dissipation index in life cycle of industrialized buildings,research on the evaluation system of their superiorities was carried out. The life cycle model evaluation is divided into 4 stages: Determination target, list analysis, impact analysis and environmental image analysis. Contributing to sustainable and harmonious developments of economy and environment.
