摘要
BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用可以有效提高工程造价管理成效,特别是基于斯维尔软件对项目设计方案进行优化,可为造价预算的合理性提供保障。对BIM技术的应用特点和分类进行了介绍,并探讨了BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用,主要包括全过程造价管理、多维度计算对比和数据累积及共享,及斯维尔软件的功能及应用,并结合某工程实例,对其具体应用进行探讨。
The application of BIM technology in project cost management can effectively improve the effectiveness of project cost management. Especially, it is possible to optimize the project design scheme based on Siweier software, which can guarantee the rationality of cost budget. This paper introduces the application characteristics and classification of BIM technology, discusses the application of BIM technology in project cost management, including the whole process cost management, multi-dimensional calculation and data accumulation and sharing, and the function and application of Sve software. Combined with a project example, to its specific application to explore.
