煤炭工程的建造成本控制是融入到由工程费用预算开始直至其项目完整竣工的整个流程之中,在此成本控制流程之中,必须对工程造价、劳务用工成本、材料消耗成本等实施科学严谨的管控,从而实现最高限度降低工程建设成本的目的。做好井巷工程的造价控制和成本管理,是工程承包方强化内部管理,提高企业经济效益的需要。针对煤炭矿山井巷贯通工程中的造价管控及施工成本管理进行阐释,结合工程实践分享工程成本管理经验。

The construction cost control of coal engineering is integrated into the whole process from the start of the project cost budget until the completion of the project.In this cost control process,it is necessary to implement the science of project cost,labor cost and material consumption cost. Rigorous control,in order to achieve the purpose of minimizing the cost of construction projects. Doing the cost control and cost management of the well project is the need for the project contractor to strengthen the internal management and improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise. This paper explains the cost control and construction cost management in the coal mine shafting project,and analyzes the cost management experience with the engineering practice.
