摘要
分析造船厂焊接车间生产工艺特点及焊接烟尘产生机理,结合厂房特点、地域和使用要求,从置换通风原理、气流组织、风系统、节能运行等方面介绍了该工程置换通风除尘及空调设计。经组合式控温除尘机组净化后可达标循环使用,过渡季可全新风运行,也可进行温度调节,节能减排效果明显。通过计算机三维数字化对速度场、温度场、浓度场等模拟仿真,表明整体通风除尘空调系统的除尘效果和温度分布可满足要求值,可为同类焊接车间通风除尘设计提供借鉴。
Analysis of the shipyard welding process and welding characteristics of workshop production mechanism of dust production,combined with the plant characteristics,geographical and service requirements,from the principle of displacement ventilation,air distribution,air system,energy saving operation are introduced in the aspects of replacement ventilation and dust removal and air conditioning system design of the project. After the combination of temperature control and dust collection unit can be recycled after purification,the transition season can be a new wind operation,but also temperature adjustment,energy-saving and emission reduction effect is obvious.Through the computer 3D digitization of velocity field,temperature field,concentration field simulation showed that the whole air conditioning system of ventilation and dust removal effect and temperature distribution can meet the requirements of value,which can provide reference for similar welding workshop design of ventilation and dust removal.
