准长脉宽Nd:YAG激光治疗中重度痤疮的临床研究

Clinical study of quasi long pulsed Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of moderate and severe acne

目的:观察准长脉宽Nd:YAG激光联合美满霉素治疗中重度痤疮的疗效、治愈时间及痤疮炎症后色素沉着发生情况,并观察其不良反应及复发率等情况。方法:将61例入选患者随机分为两组,试验组(31例)给予Nd:YAG激光NPM模式治疗,每周1次,共4~8次,并口服美满霉素,50 mg每次,每日2次,共6周;对照组(30例)仅口服美满霉素,50 mg每次,每日2次,连服6周。治疗结束后比较两组的痊愈率、有效率、治愈时间、不良反应、痤疮炎症后色素沉着出现情况,随访6个月,观察两组6个月内的复发率。结果:两组比较,试验组痊愈率和有效率高、治愈时间短、痤疮炎症后色素沉着发生率低,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论:准长脉宽Nd:YAG激光治疗中重度痤疮可以显著提高临床疗效,减少痤疮炎症后色素沉着发生、缩短治愈时间。

Objective：To observe the clinical response on duration of treatment, adverse reac- tion, pigmentation and recurrence rate of moderate to severe ache treated by quasi long pulse Nd： YAG laser （NPM mode）. Methods： Sixty-one patients were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group （31 cases） was given Nd： YAG NPM laser treatment, once a week for 4-8 times, combined with oral minoeycline 50 mg twice a day for 6 weeks, the control group on- ly treated with minocycline 50 mg twice a day served 6 weeks. The cured and effective rate, heal- ing time, adverse reactions and post-inflammatory pigmentation as well as the relapse rate have been recorded in two groups during the 6 months followed up. Results： The comparison results of cure rate, duration of treatment, post-inflammation pigmentation between the two groups were sta- tistically significant. The experimental group showed high cure rate and effective rate, short cured duration, and a lower incidence of post-inflammation pigmentation. Conclusion： Quasi long pulsed Nd： YAG laser therapy can significantly improve the clinical manifestations, reduce the occurrence of hyperpigmentation and shorten the healing duration for moderate to severe acne.
