高校学业影响力覆盖的群体性差异——基于53所首都高校的实证研究

摘要 根据课余时间安排,学生可分为学术型、实践型、工作型和娱乐型。以第一课堂、学业辅导、学术性和社会性互动的学生参与来衡量高校的学业影响力,发现学术型和实践型学生第一课堂参与度较高,实践型和工作型学生学业辅导参与度较高,娱乐型和工作型学生表现出互动脱离性。研究建议建立健全学生"入学—在学—毕业"全过程追踪制度,完善校院两级协同的学业辅导支持体系,建立学业指导推广、评价和激励机制,依据校情设置多元学业支持模式。 Undergraduates can be categorized into scholar, practitioner, worker and entertainer based on outclass time allocation. Using in-class, academic advising and academic and social engagement as measurement to analyze HEIs academic influence, it shows that scholar and practitioner involve more into in-class activities organized by institutions, practitioner and worker have better engagement in academic advising whereas entertainer and worker express less academic and social interaction. We suggest an overall student trace and academic advising promotion-evaluation-incentive system be established, institution-college cooperative academic advising mechanism be advanced, and diverse academic support design be constituted according to specific institutional context.
