摘要
很多试验件在实际使用工况中不但有复杂的机械冲击、交变疲劳载荷,还会受到温度、湿度的影响。对应于大型试验件,一般的疲劳试验机无法满足其尺寸要求,尤其是配合温度湿度环境。本试验方法,将液压伺服系统和环境箱结合到一起,不需要专门的集成定制,其优势在于:能满足中大型的试验件,可以根据实际需要增加不同的环境工况,并且能自由的实现特定的结构动作。本文以汽车板簧为例,作者通过汽车板簧在温湿度应力下的疲劳载荷试验来说明一种试验方法。
Many of the test pieces in the actual use of the situation not only has a complex mechanical impact, alternating fatigue load, but also affected by the temperature, humidity. Corresponding to large test pieces, the general fatigue testing machine can not meet its size requirements, especially with the temperature and humidity environment. This test method, combined with hydraulic servo system and environment box, does not need specialized integration and customization. The advantage can meet the large test pieces, can add different environmental conditions according to the actual needs, and can be free to achieve specific structural action, ln this paper, we take the automobile leaf spring as an example, illustrate a test method through the car leaf spring under the temperature and humidity stress fatigue test.
