摘要
本文以教学触摸一体机为研究对象进行可靠性验收试验,并以加速寿命试验的方法对试验过程进行加速。试验采用序贯截尾试验方案,利用阿伦尼斯模型计算出加速因子,极大的缩短了试验时间,为探索相关产品的可靠性评估提供了检验方法方面的参考。
