聚合物太阳能电池稳定性试验方法最新进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着聚合物太阳能电池技术的发展,电池的发电效率越来越高。最近,有报道称发电效率可到达10.6%。可以设想,不久的将来,聚合物太阳能电池将能满足商业化应用的要求。除了效率需要持续提高外,聚合物太阳能电池较短的服役寿命也是阻碍其商业化应用的主要障碍,而且由于没有单一的指示物,稳定性试验方法迄今没有实现标准化,不同研究团队采用不同的试验方法,研究结果往往缺乏可比性。本文综述了目前常用的聚合物太阳能电池稳定性的试验方法和表征参数,说明了其应用范围和注意事项,分析了制定稳定性标准试验方法时应考虑的因素,供相关研究者和标准制定者参考。 With the development of technology, efficiency of polymer solar cells continued to be improved. Recently high efficiency (10.6 %) polymer solar cells have been reported and in the near future , fulfilling some of the requirements of commercial applications can be envisaged. Despite the growing efficiency Of polymer based solar cells, their short working lifetime remains an obstacle to their practical use. Moreover, the testing method for stability has not been standardized yet for there is no single indicator for stability and it is thus impossible to directly compare stability reports from different studying groups. In this review, the resent method and characterization parameters for stability testing in polymer solar cells as well as the application range and considerations is presented for reference of relative researchers and standard setters.
