在综合分析西宁市不动产数据现状的基础上,依据不动产登记数据库标准和整合建库规范,制定了不动产登记历史数据整合建库的技术流程,在基于EPS平台进行不动产登记数据生产和整合过程中,对不动产登记数据相关标准进行拓展,在层、户的层级上引入地理空间实体,在空间数据组织上形成宗地、自然幢、楼层和户的四级组织层次,从数据组织上约束保证权力信息落宗的真实、正确性。

The technical process of integrated creating database for the real estate registration historical data is established on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of the status quo of real estate data in Xining City and according to the standard of real estate registration database.During the process of production and integration the real estate registration data based on EPS platform,expand the relevant standards for the real estate registration data,introduce of geospatial entities at the level of the layers,form the four organizational level of a parcel,natural buildings,floors and households in the spatial data organization,to guarantee the truth and correctness of power information from the data organization constraints.
