摘要 依托倾斜摄影和机载激光扫描技术自动化建模生产的高精度、结构化真三维数据,本文探讨研究出一套包括单体化建筑落宗、分层分户以及建筑窗户和房产信息关联等数据整合工具,一方面可以大幅度提高不动产数据整合建库的效率,另一方面通过真三维空间信息完成宗地、房产等多种类型数据的数据检查和数据整合,是一种不动产登记业务的深化应用和创新拓展的新的技术思路。 Based on the highly automated process and advantages of Panoramic Photorealistic 3D Image with oblique photography and airborne laser scanning technology,the article discusses a new type of data integration process and tools of Real estate registration including dividing a single building,layering the building floor,extracting building windows and connecting the attributes of real estate with GIS objects.The tools based on 3D Image can help the customer to improve the efficiency of data integration and data checking of real estate.Furthermore,Panoramic Photorealistic 3D Image technology will be a new idea for achieving more widespread industry use of real estate registration.
