随着房屋管理职能的发展和延伸,政府部门积累了数量庞大、结构复杂的房屋管理数据。近年来大数据在政务管理领域的成熟应用也为房屋管理大数据分析提供了可能。本文从房屋管理阶段分析入手,分析了各阶段涉及的相关流程和数据,随后分别从数据采集与更新、大数据分析应用两个角度阐述了大数据在房屋精细化管理方面的应用,以期为大数据在房屋精细化管理领域进一步扩展提供思路。

With the development and extension of housing management,the government has accumulated a large number of complex housing management data.In recent years,the mature application of big data in the field of government affairs also provides the possibility for big data analysis on housing management.This paper starts from the analysis on housing management phases and talks about the related processes and the data of each phase.It also analyzes the application of big data applications in housing precise management from two aspects,data acquisition updating and data analysis application,in order to provide ideas for the further expansion of big data application in the house precise management field.
