摘要
以江西某铜矿工艺流程改造,将金属平衡计算方法与选矿厂工艺流程的变化情况相衔接,通过增加或者改变流程取样点,将单金属计算方法与多金属计算方法的比对,计算出理论回收率,在提高科学地计算方法后进一步找到金属平衡影响点,保证工艺流程的计算结果能够真实反映矿山金属平衡实际生产技术以及管理水平。
This paper introducesthe transformation process at some copper mine in Jiangxi, which links up the calculation method of metal balance with the process change of concentrator. Single metal calculation method and multi metal calculation method are compared by increasing or decreasing the Sampling spot. So that we can calculate the theoretical recovery rateand further improve the metal balance effect by the scientific calculation method to ensure that the calculation processcan reflect the actual production technology and management level of metal balance.
