摘要
贫化电炉主要作用是将炉渣中的Fe3O4硫化及还原,使其中的铁与铜形成冰铜粒子沉降以达到降低渣含铜[1]目的,同时也可处理生产中产生的一些中间物料,调节铜锍排放。通过长期对渣中铜损失形态的研究,2016年金隆铜业有限公司通过采取包括投加还原剂在内的系列措施,改善渣型,创造利于形成冰铜粒子的条件,最终达到降低渣含铜目的。
The main function of the depleted electric furnace is to sulfide and restore Fe304 from the slag. Make the iron and copper matte particle sedimentation to reach the purpose of reducing slag containing copper. Some intermediate materiahhe production can be handled, and the copper matte emissions can be adjustedat the same time. Through long-term research on the copper loss in slag, in 2016 a series of measures including adding the reducing agent had been taken, the slag type was improved, creating the conditions which conducive to form a matte particles, and finally the goal of reducing slag containing copper are achieved.
