摘要 通过对高硫含铋渣中回收铋方法进行研究。试验表明,通过对高硫含铋渣中铜进行转型预处理,能使后续铜、铋有效分离,且工艺简单,生产成本低。转型预处理铋浸出率0.38%,铜转型率96.21%,铜基本残留在渣相中。盐酸浸铋工序脱硫率98.14%,铋浸出率95.47%,铜脱除率98.21%,实现了铋的较好回收。 This paper studies the bismuth recovery method in high sulfur bismuth slag.The results show that the copper and bismuth can be separated effectively by the transformation of high sulfur bismuth slag, and the process is simple and the production cost is low. The leaching rate of bismuth was 0.38%, the transformation rate of copper was 96.21%, and the basic residue of copper was in slag phase. The leaching rate of hydrochloric acid leaching bismuth is 98.14%, the leaching rate of bismuth is 95.47%, the removal rate of copper is 98.21%, the recovery of bismuth is better.
