摘要
党的十八大以来,我国人才强国战略和科教兴国战略进一步深入实施,科技人才发展环境持续优化,科技人力资源不断壮大,为国家经济和社会发展提供人才保障。系统分析了我国当前创新科技人才培养模式及其相关政策,包括高等教育培养、现代职业教育培养、继续教育培养、科研实践教育培养、人才工程与计划培养等,提出了完善多元化创新科技人才培养体系的建议,为深入推进我国科技人才发展体制机制改革提供参考。
The Strategy of Invigorating China through Science and Education and the Talent Strategy have been further implemented since the opening of the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC. The developing environment of Sci&Tech talent is continuously improved and its amount is vigorously growing. It positively provides sufficient Sci&Tech talent to ensure the development of Chinese economy and society. The present paper firstly summarized the training mode of Sci&Tech talent and its relevant policies, such as higher education, modern professional education, continuing education, talent project and talent planning, and so on. It also provides several suggestions for improving the diverse training system of the Sci&Tech talent to deepen the reform of the mechanism and the organization system of the training.
