General Secretory Xi Jinping delivered an important speech on The Seminar ＂Study General Secretory Xi Jinping＇s important speech and welcome the 19th Party Congress＂ organized by the Party Central Committee specifically for principal ministerial and provincial leaders on 26-27 July. This speech is of great political, theoretical and practical significance, laying a solid political, theoretical and practical foundation for the convening of the 19th Party Congress. In order to implement the spirit of the speech, we should stick to and develop the socialism with Chinese characteristics, the theme of the all the theories and practice of the Party ever since the reform and opening up, from the historical and practical dimensions. We should unite strength from the scientific claim that the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage, and have a conscious understanding of the significance of theoretical innovation reflected in the speech.
