社会时空视域中的五大发展理念研究

On the Five Concepts of Development in the Horizon of Social Time and Space

以社会时空观为研究范式来分析五大发展理念,意在说明五大发展理念形成的背景,阐明五大发展理念所隐秘的人文关怀,进而提升五大发展理念的现实意义。其中,时间是发展的空间,应提升政府的公共管理水平,使更多的人民群众能够共享社会时间;在共时域中推进区域协调发展;开放发展,构建国际发展新空间;坚持绿色发展,使发展具有可持续性。空间是发展的时间,应以创新发展为引领,加强经济建设,缩小与发达国家的差距,为两个一百年、为共产主义的实现奠定良好的基础。

The paper is intended to use social time and space as the research paradigm to analyze the five concepts of development, with the purpose of clarifying the background for the formation of, elaborating on the humanistic concern implied in and further enhancing the significance of the five concepts of development. In the social time and space, time is the space for de- velopment, so we should improve the public management of governments in order to promote hamlonious regional development, to build new international space for development through open development and to build sustainable development by persisting in green development. On the other hand, space is the time for development, so we should regard development and innovation as the leading task, strengthen economic construction and shorten the gap between us and developed countries so as to lay a solid foundation for the two hundred years and for the realization of communism.
