电磁流量计励磁线圈不对称测量信号的分析研究

摘要 运用有限元软件对电磁流量计的励磁线圈在实际制造中可能的不对称问题进行仿真研究,对它在测量区域引起的磁场分布进行分析,并对造成的电磁流量计感应信号进行了分析,得到由励磁线圈不对称引起的测量误差。 Applying finite element software to simulate and investigate the asymmetry of electromagnetic flowmeter excitation coil produced was implemented, including analysis of the magnetic field distribution caused by the excitation coil asymmetry in measurement region and that of the inductive signals Of the electro- magnetic flowmeter so as to obtain a measurement error caused by excitation coil asymmetry.
