摘要
以采集运维工作的"智能研判"为出发点,提出了一套基于智能采集终端的高效运维方案。在本地通信中该智能终端主要通过分析通信节点路径和相位(载波)、执行时间,比对台区抄表路径拓扑图和台区生产管理系统(PMS)图等找出通信的薄弱环节,智能分析和筛选电能表抄读问题的最大可能性,有益于降低运维人员的技术门槛。
In view of the "intelligent judgment", this paper proposes an efficient operation and maintenance scheme based on intelligent acquisition terminal. In the local communication, this intelligent terminal can detect the weak links by analyzing the communication node path and phase (carrier) , the execution time ratio, and comparing with the meter reading path topology and PMS map of the transformer region, then makes intelligent analysis and screens out the maximum likelihood of meter reading problems. This method is beneficial to lower the technical threshold of operation and maintenance personnel.
