摘要
闵东智能变电站在220kV及主变三侧使用IEC61850规约将信息层变为三层:过程层,间隔层,站控层。通过采用过程层交换机,合并单元,智能终端,合智一体装置等智能设备,使用光纤通信,将传统保护装置硬压板投退改为自动化后台软压板投退方式,实现变电站的智能化。
The IEC 61850 protocol used in 220kV and three sides of main transformer in Mindong smart substation changes the information layer into three layers: the process layer, the interval layer, and the station control layer. The intelligent devices, such as process layer switches, unit merging, intelligent terminal, boxchip combination devices, are applied and the optical fiber communication is used so that the hard-strap switching mode of the traditional protection device is changed into soft-strap switching mode of automation background, achieviug the intelligence of the substation.
