一起力率调整引起的光伏并网通道故障分析

摘要 在电网负荷低位运行时,为确保电网力率合格,采取夜间断开光伏电站并网通道的方式降低系统受进无功。分析了该方式在实际电网运行中可能产生的负面影响,并结合具体电网事件进行分析,重点剖析了电厂直流系统失电的前后过程,并指出电网调控人员掌握光伏发电相关并网技术特点的必要性,并给出了防范此类事件的合理建议。 When power grid load operates at low level, in order to ensure the qualified rate of power factor, the measure of cutting off the grid connected channel has been taken to decrease the reactive power absorbed by power grid. This paper analyzes the negative effects of the above scheme on the actual operation of power grid. Especially combined with a specific case, it analyzes the process before and after the power loss of the DC system, points out that it's really necessary for power dispatchers to master the technical characteristics of PV in tegration, and presents some reasonable proposals, which can be taken to avoid such accidents.
