摘要
储能系统接入配电网会对配电网运行及保护带来很大影响。储能系统既可以作为电源向电网输送功率,也可以作为负荷从电网中吸收功率,其运行具有很大的随机性,储能系统与配电网之间传输功率的大小也是不确定的。基于配电网传统保护基本原理,分别在储能系统作为负荷和作为电源两种状态下,分析了储能系统接入对配电网运行及保护的影响。针对储能系统作为电源状态接入配电网,分别分析了储能电站接入对接入点下游线路和上游线路两个方向的影响。最后,针对影响情况提出相应的保护改进方案。
Energy storage system access to power network will have a great impact on the operation and relay protection of distribution network. Energy storage system can be used not only as power supply to the grid , but also as a load to absorb power from the power grid, so its operation has a great randomness. Between en- ergy storage system and distribution network, the size of the transmission power is uncertain. Based on the basic principle of traditional relay protection of distribution network, this paper analyzes the influence of energy storage system access on the operation and protection of distribution network under the condition of energy storage system as load and as power supply. In the case of the energy storage system as the power supply access to the network, the influence of the access of the energy storage power station on the downstream line and the upstream route of the access point is analyzed respectively. Finally, a corresponding relay protection improvement program is proposed for the influence.
