摘要 构建了换热器在线清洗实验台,进行了物流流动实验,得到了污垢沉积状态与换热器内部结构的关系,并观察得出流体流动速度与污垢沉积也有一定的关系。FLUENT流体力学分析软件模拟结果再次证明这一推论。根据实验分析和软件模拟得知,通过改变物料在换热器内部的流动速率、改变换热器内部结构都可影响换热器结垢的速率,建议可通过改变换热器折流板结构形式来减少污垢的沉积。 An experimental rig for on-line cleaning of the heat exchanger was constructed to get the relationship between the deposition state of the fouling and the internal structure of the heat exchanger,including the certain relationship between the fluid velocity and the fouling deposition. Simulation with FLUENT software proves this conclusion once again. Experimental analysis and software simulation show that,changing material's flow rate within the heat exchanger and the internal structure there can affect the fouling rate of the heat exchanger. Altering the structure of heat exchanger's baffles to reduce fouling deposition was proposed.
