基于熵权法的南昌地铁PPP模式关键成功因素研究

Critical Success Factors of PPP Model in Nanchang Metro Based on Entropy Weight

当前,对地铁项目运行的研究主要包括PPP模式的基础概念、风险管理和PPP模式的评价等,而对于地铁PPP项目关键成功因素的研究几乎没有。结合正在建设的南昌地铁3号线的特点,对地铁PPP项目关键成功因素研究,查阅文献识别出关键成功因素清单;通过设计调查问卷,并对问卷数据进行分析;通过熵权法确定影响南昌地铁PPP模式的关键成功因素;结合研究所得的关键成功因素对南昌地铁PPP项目成功实施提出建议。

The current research mainly includes the basic concept of the PPP mode,risk management,evaluation of the PPP mode,and so on. However,the study of the PPP project critical success factors for metro is almost none. In combination with just the start of construction of the characteristics of Nanchang Metro line three,in the form of literature,the critical success factors list is listed.Through the design of questionnaire,then the recovery of questionnaire is analyzed. The third,through the entropy weight method,the critical success factors of Nanchang Metro PPP model are identified. Combining with the study of critical success factors for Nanchang Metro PPP project,the successful implementation are proposed.
