摘要
华东桐柏抽水蓄能电站2号机组于2005年正式投入运行，至今已达近11年之久，目前2号机组高压油顶起装置建压出现异常。通过分析高压油顶起装置运行情况、结构及原理，进一步剖析建压异常原因，提出相应解决方案，并运用于实际检修工作中。处理后试验结果表明对建压异常缺陷处理是成功的，这对同类电站尤其是高压油顶起装置类似问题处理有一定借鉴意义。
East China ToBai Pumped Storage Power Co.LtD Unit;？. formally put into operation in 2005, had run for nearly 11 years. Currently, the high pressure oil lifting device in Unit2 always works failure. By analyzing the operation of that, the structure and the principle, to analyze the reason of working failure. Then we proposed appropriate solutions and applied to practical maintenance work. The actual experiment after processing proved analysis and treatment is successful. It will certain reference significance for the same kind of power plant, especially for processing similar problems of the high pressure oil lifting device.
