摘要
本文首先根据4台转轮实际许用剩余不平衡量值计算出了实际平衡品质级别,其次对洪屏电站转轮静平衡试验方法进行了阐述,最后以4号转轮静平衡试验结果为例,分析转轮叶片重量、加工工艺及转轮水平度等对试验产生影响。
Firstly, the paper calculated the actual balance quality level according to the four runner with the actual allowable residual unbalance ; secondly, the methods of runner static balance test are described about the Hongping station ;finally, according the results on the four runner static balance test, impacting on the experiment had the runner blade weight, processing technology and the level of runner.
