摘要
近年来,我国建筑工程发展的越来越快,并且在经济迅速发展的今天,建设工程质量问题也变得很复杂。就目前我国现有的建设工程质量监督体制来说,还存在着很多问题及不足。对建设工程的监督体系在现代社会中所出现的问题,包括管理体系以及相关的法律法规等一系列问题,提出相应问题的对策,从而达到提高及优化建设工程的质量监督体制。
In recent years, the development of the construction project in China is more and more quickly, and in today＇s rapid economic development, the construction project quality problem has become very complicated. Existing construction engineering quality supervision system in China, there are a lot of problems and deficiencies, in this paper, the construction project supervision system in modern society, the problems, including the management system and related laws and regulations and so on a series of problems, and put forward the issue of ending the corresponding countermeasure, to improve and optimize the construction project quality supervision system.
