随着近些年来我国城市化进程的不断加快以及城市居住人口数量的不断增加,当前房建工程项目建设作为城市化过程中必不可少的环节,获得了越来越多的业内人士的广泛重视。本文结合笔者的实际工作经验,就当前我国房建工程的施工技术要点以及发展现状进行深入探讨,同时针对存在的具体问题提出几点建议与措施。
