基于军民融合的产业园区建设发展研究

在军民融合发展的战略指导下,我国的军民融合正处在由初步向深入发展阶段的过渡,呈现出新的特征。以怀来县航空产业园为例,对军民融合发展的现状进行具体分析,并针对目前区域性军民融合发展过程中存在的问题展开讨论,结合航天五院总体部怀来园建设,为践行推动我国军民融合深入发展,提高军民融合企业对于地区经济的贡献率,实现富国和强军战略目标提供借鉴。

In this paper,Huailai County Aviation Industry Park, for example, the status quo of the integration of military and civilian development of a specific analysis, and for the current regional integration of the development of military and civilian problems in the process of discussion, combined with the overall design of the General Department of the China Academy of space technology park in Huailai, to promote the integration of China＇s military and civilian development, improve the integration of military and civilian enterprises for the regional economic contribution rate, to achieve rich and strong military strategic objectives to provide reference.
