摘要
BIM技术普遍应用到于设计,同时绿色医院建筑设计是近年来医院建筑的主要设计发展方向。通过对我国当前建筑业发展现状的分析及BIM于建筑设计上存在的优势分析,通过某医院建筑的实际案例,分析应用BIM技术的一系列优势,并指出BIM技术与绿色建筑在我国建筑行业未来发展的趋势。
BIM technology is widely used in the design, while the green hospital architectural design is the main design and development direction of hospital buildings in recent years. Through the analysis of the present situation of the current construction industry in China and the analysis of the advantages of BIM in the architectural design,through the actual case of a hospital construction, the paper analyzes the advantages of using BIM technology and points out that BIM technology and green building are in the future of China＇s construction industry development trend.
