连续梁桥更换支座的分级分步循环顶升施工工艺 被引量:1

摘要 利用桥梁墩台作为液压千斤顶反力支点,利用连续梁变形所允许的每一次顶升高度作为循环顶升的控制行程,分级分步循环顶升,达到设计顶升高度,进行支座更换。与同步顶升工艺相比具有支撑体系简单、顶升设备投入少、施工安全性较高等优点,具有明显的工艺创新性、安全可靠性及资源节约性。根据在连续箱梁梁体顶升施工中的实践,总结施工工艺,对同类工程的实施具有参考价值和推广意义。 By using the bridge pier as the hydraulic fulcrum fulcrum, each time the lifting height of the continuous beam is taken as the control stroke of the cycle jacking, the step is lifted step by step to reach the height of the design. Compared with the synchronous lifting technology, it has the advantages of simple supporting system, low investment in lifting equipment and high construction safety,and has obvious technological innovation, safety and reliability and resource conservation. According to the practice in the construction of continuous box girder and beam, the construction technology is summed up and has reference value and popularization significance for the implementation of similar projects.
