With the development of economy and the strengthening of national power, people are paying more and more attention to people＇s livelihood.The construction of water conservancy projects is an important part of solving the livelihood problem.But in the operation of water conservancy projects on the construction and operation of the organic combination of management there are many drawbacks.This paper analyzes and discusses the shortcomings of water conservancy project construction and operation management.
