摘要 自噬的研究是目前生物医学领域的热点之一,其广泛参与机体各种生理和病理过程,自噬相关基因在膀胱癌的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,与膀胱癌抗肿瘤药物治疗不敏感及耐药密切相关。药物治疗是预防膀胱癌术后复发的重要方式,也是晚期膀胱癌的主要治疗方式之一,而自噬与膀胱癌药物治疗的耐药性密切相关,因此调控自噬可能有助于增强现有的治疗方法的疗效,并有助于开发新的治疗方法。目前,对许多膀胱癌化疗药物的作用机制及其产生耐药性的原因仍缺乏系统认识,自噬的相关研究将给膀胱癌的防治提供新颖、可行的思路及科学有效的依据。 The research of autophagy is one of the hotspots in the field of biomedicine,which is widely involved in various physiological and pathological processes,and the autophagy-related genes play an important role in the pathogenesis of bladder cancer.Medication is an important way to prevent the recurrence of bladder cancer,and it is also one of the main treatments for advanced bladder cancer.And autophagy is closely related to the drug resistance of bladder cancer,so the regulation of autophagy may help to enhance the therapeutic effect of existing therapies and develop new therapies.At present,there is still no systematic understanding on the mechanisms of many bladder cancer chemotherapeutic drugs and the causes of drug resistance,and the related research on autophagy will provide new and feasible research ideas and effective scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of bladder cancer.
