严重多发伤救治模式研究进展

Research Progress in Treatment Model of Severe Multiple Injuries

严重多发伤病情严重、伤情复杂,早期致死率、致残率极高,因而如何实施对于多发伤患者的救治至关重要。目前我国对于多发伤救治尚未形成完整的理论体系,各地区发展不平衡,导致多发伤患者特别是严重多发伤患者病死率居高不下。采取可靠有效的治疗方式是提高患者生存率,降低致死率以及致残率的主要途径。目前国内严重多发伤救治没有统一、固定的模式,严重多发伤的有效救治,急诊科为救治的关键,但同时还需要各部门的联合协作,而传统专科救治需不同科室会诊,费时费力,而且无法保证救治效果,因此如何提高救治效率、建立完整的救治体系是临床工作中面临的一项巨大挑战。

In the face of severe multiple injuries,the condition is serious and the injury is complicated,and the early mortality rate and disability rate are very high,Therefore,it is of fatal importance to implement the treatment of multiple trauma patients.At present,in China,the treatment of multiple injuries has not yet formed a complete theoretical system,and regional development is imbalanced,leading to high mortality in patients with multiple injuries,especially severe multiple injuries.Reliable and effective treatment is a major approach to improve patient survival,reduce mortality and disability.At present,there is no unified fixed mode,effective treatment of severe multiple injuries in the domestic medical field.Emergency department has become the key to treatment,but it also requires joint collaboration among departments,while the traditional specialized treatment needs the consultation of different departments,which is time-consuming and laborious,and cannot guarantee the curative effect.Therefore,it is a great challenge in clinical work to improve the efficiency of treatment and establish a complete treatment system.
