摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种不可治愈、病因不明的异质性、系统性、自身免疫性疾病,其中T淋巴细胞介导免疫损伤,它包括滤泡辅助性T淋巴细胞(Tfh细胞)和记忆T淋巴细胞(Tm细胞)等多种亚群。Tfh细胞和Tm细胞的生成和分化受多种因素影响,而表达程序性细胞死亡因子1、可诱导共刺激分子、CXC趋化因子受体5等诸多因子是机体发挥正常免疫反应的关键细胞。RA患者体内存在Tfh细胞和Tm细胞的调节异常,这在疾病的发生、发展和病理过程中起重要作用。未来对Tfh细胞和Tm细胞的深入研究,将有助于进一步明确RA的发病机制,探索新的治疗靶点。
Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an incurable, systemic, autoimmune disease with unknown etiology, heterogene- ity, and T lymphocytes mediate immune injury including T follicular helper cells (Tfh cells ), memory T ceils (Tm cells ) and other subsets. The generation and differentiation of Tfh cells and Tm cells are affected by many factors, and the expression programmed cell death-1, inducible T cell costimulator, chemokine receptor 5 and many other factors are key cells for the body to play a normal immune response. There is abnormal regulation of Tfh ceils and Tm cells in patients with RA, which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of disease and pathological process. Further studies on Till cells and Tm cells will help to further clarify the pathogenesis of RA and explore new therapeutic tarzets.
