摘要 Notch信号通路作为一种重要的适应性信号通路,参与各种生物学过程,包括稳定个体干细胞、决定细胞命运和组织形态的发生等。近年来,Notch信号通路在血管新生方面的作用引起了广泛关注,其中有两个配体Dll(Detal-like)4和JAG1(Jagged1)高表达于血管内皮细胞,通过竞争性作用调节血管内皮生长因子介导的血管萌出与分支,参与血管生成。Notch信号通路在脑缺血性疾病、肿瘤及损伤后的恢复中均发挥重要作用,但具体的作用机制尚不完全清楚。脑缺血性梗死后,及时恢复缺血区血流供应,促进新生血管生成及侧支循环有效开启,对损伤组织结构和功能的恢复非常重要。因此,进一步研究Notch信号通路对血管新生的影响,可以为临床治疗脑缺血性疾病提供新思路。 As an important adaptive signaling pathway, Notch signaling pathway is involved in a variety of biological processes,including the stability of individual stem cells, the specification of cells fate and the morphogenesis of the tissue. In recent years, the role of Notch signaling pathway on angiogenesis has attracted wide attention, and there are two ligands Dll (Detal-like)4 and JAG1 (Jaggedl) highly expressed in vascular endothelial cells, which are involved in the angiogenesis through competitive regulation of vascular endothelial growth factor mediated vascular eruption and branching. Notch signa- ling pathway plays an important role in cerebral ischemic disease, tumor and recovery after injury, but the specific mecha- nism is not yet entirely clear. It is important to increase perfusion in ischemic areas, promote angiogenesis, and to establish collateral circulation effectively for damaged tissue structure and function recovery after cerebral ischemia. Therefore, further research on the influence of Notch signaling pathway on angiogenesis may provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of cer- ebral ischemia diseases.
