Research Progress of miRNA in Renal Carcinoma

肾癌是泌尿系统中常见的恶性肿瘤之一,恶性程度高,对放化疗、免疫内分泌治疗均不敏感,靶向治疗也仅在少数患者有部分作用。微RNA(miRNA)是一类常见的非编码RNA(ncRNA),是目前研究最清楚的一类ncRNA,miRNA是肿瘤生长过程中重要的调控因子。其功能广泛,包括调节细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和发育等过程。miRNA在肾癌中的表达水平、肾癌发生中miRNA起到的关键调控作用及miRNA在肾癌的早期检测、临床治疗、预后应用等方面的研究一直是肾癌研究中的热点问题。

Renal carcinoma is one of the common urlolgical tumors with high degree of malignancy. Few effective thera- pies have been confirmed in renal carcinoma, moreover, only part response of targeted therapy is shown in some patients. MicroRNAs（miRNAs） are a class of common non-coding RNAs which is most clearly studied,which are regulators of gene expression in tumor development and progression. It has wide range of functions, including the regulation of cell prolifera- tion, differentiation, apoptosis and development process. The expression level of miRNA in renal carcinoma, the mechanism of miRNA in renal carcinoma and the application of miRNA in early detection, clinical treatment and clinical prognosis of renal carcinoma have been hot issues in the research field.
