磁性纳米微粒在分子影像中的应用进展

摘要 磁性纳米微粒作为无创评估手段的组成部分在体内细胞、体外分子诊断治疗中发挥越来越重要的作用。尤其在分子影像中的应用,改变了分子影像学的发展进程,让肿瘤治疗的靶向性、高效性、低不良反应逐渐变成了可能,使个性化医疗在临床上更加普及,改善了患者的生存质量,延长了患者的生存时间,并且还能对多种疾病进行更加细致的风险评估,加深医师及患者对疾病的认识程度,提早对疾病进行诊断及治疗,能够使社保基金有效的利用。 Magnetic nanoparticles, as part of the noninvasive assessment methods, play a more important role, no matter for in vivo cells, in vitro molecular diagnosis and treatment. And they have changed the development of molecular imaging, and made oncotherapy more accurate, effective, with less adverse effects. They would lead to more popular personalized medicine ,improve patients' life quality, and prolong patients life span. Furthermore, they can also realize more exact risk assessment of diseases, make doctors and patients deepen the understanding of diseases, bring earlier diagnosis and treat- ment, and ensure more effective use of the medical insurance fund.
