摘要
Hedgehog信号通路是高度保守的信号通路,在胚胎发育和生长调控方面发挥着诸如细胞增殖、细胞黏附、细胞迁移、细胞分化和胚胎形成的作用。Hedgehog信号通路还参与多个成熟器官组织的伤口愈合,尤其在肝脏损伤修复方面发挥重要作用,但其过度活化可导致肝脏纤维化及肝癌的发生。本文将对各种慢性肝脏疾病中Hedgehog信号通路的作用机制进行总结归纳,为肝脏肿瘤靶向治疗及抗肝纤维化寻找新靶点提供理论依据。
Hedgehog signaling pathway is a highly conserved signaling pathway which plays important roles on cell proliferation, cell adhesion, cell migration, cell differentiation and embryo formation in the regulation of embryonic development and growth. Hedgehog signaling pathway is also involved in wound healing of many mature organs, especially in the repair of liver injury. However, excessive activation of Hedgehog signaling pathway can lead to liver fibrosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. This review summarized the mechanism of Hedgehog signaling pathway in liver diseases so as to provide a theoretical basis for tumor targeting therapy and inflammatory injury repairs.
