教师专业发展研究中的信息视角

Research on Teacher's Professional Development from the Perspective of Information Asymmetry

摘要 信息不对称已经被广泛运用于经济和社会现象的解释,教师专业发展中的众多问题可以从信息视角做出解释。在教师教育中,教师专业的角色认知、教育者与受教育者、培训教学与教师自己的教学、教学理论与教学实践等四个方面存在信息偏差或信息不对称,这些可以在一定程度上解释教师教育中存在的问题。基于信息偏差的解释,可以通过对教师的分阶段培养、创新培养机制、加强"教师专业"研究、改革学习模式等途径提高教师专业发展的实施成效。 Information asymmetry has been widely used in the interpretation of economic and social phenomena, many problems in teacher professional development can be explained from the perspective of information asym- metry. In the field of teacher education, the teacher's professional role recognition, educators and students, coach's training and teacher's teaching, teaching theory and practice, there are four aspects of information de- viation or information asymmetry, which can be interpret the problems in teacher education in certain level. Based on the interpretation of information bias, we can improve teachers' professional development through training teachers in different stages, innovate the training mechanism, attract more research on "teacher pro- fessionalism" and improving the learning mode.
